My friend,
You've asked for this little free gift, 10 Affirmations for Parents of PDAers, and it is a delight to share it with you. You can skip straight to the "Get it now" button below, and I will 100% understand.
But I would love to first wish you well and bless you today with my whole heart. These affirmations come from a deep well of belief that you are learning some essential truths about what it means to be human. You are facing your own frailty, humility, and powerlessness. You are confronting the limits of parenthood in ways that many never do. You are walking beside a fellow human, perhaps a small human, as they trek their own unique path. There's no manual for this kind of parenting (at least not yet ;)). But it does not mean that we walk alone.
The last affirmation is this: "There are parents in the world who know what I am going through. I am not alone here."
YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I am shouting this with joy, hands thrown into the air, a furious celebration that you are here, that we have found one another on the whole wide internet, and that by joining one another, we can be set free from terrible loneliness and isolation.
As you read these affirmations, it is my wish that you will feel blessed, empowered, seen, and loved.
With gratitude for you,
