We see you, fellow struggling parents:
You get the low demand theory, and you're totally on board.
You want to drop more demands, but get all twisted up in your own mind about what to drop and how.
You know you'd be a kick-ass parent if people would just leave you alone long enough to breathe and think.
Letting things go sounds so easy when other people do it, but in your family dynamic right now...it feels impossible.
You love body-doubling because nothing's better than knowing you're not the only one.

Hi! We're Amanda and Keema.
We are neurodivergent parents of multiple neurodivergent kids, which means we're creative, resilient, and exhausted. We message each other regularly to grieve our losses, celebrate narrow wins, and discuss the sometimes-impossible trade-offs that come with this low demand life. Everyone deserves someone who will pull up a chair and get into the weeds with you, as you figure out how to drop demands in your unique, messy, beautiful life.
We are passionate about helping you create your customized low-demand, supportive family culture —whether you're navigating anxiety, disability, ADHD, learning differences, autism, or Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). We're here to help you untangle the challenges and find more connection, ease, and joy in your family’s everyday life!
Here's what we'll be teaching you in this action-packed and supportive training...

How to choose what demands to focus on first as you practice low demand.

Figuring out what actually matters most -- when it feels like everything matters!

Making sense of your kid's struggles (Should I push a bit? Should I back off? What does this meltdown mean??)

What to do when sensitivities conflict and needs push you in polar opposite directions
Sound like a plan...?
We'd love to have you.

Spending time with Amanda is like being with a dear friend and wise mentor and spiritual guru, all rolled into one. She gives me things to think on for weeks, practical tips that have never occurred to me, and a feeling of being seen and heard that I haven't found anywhere else. You've got to do this. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Keema is an absolute gem. Despite parenting in impossible circumstances, she remains a creative force who uses humor, wit, and practicality in her successful child interventions. She retains a positive attitude through in the toughest of circumstances. Keema has an intuitive knowledge of how to understand and engage PDA’ers in a way that feels gentle, affirming, and supportive. I would highly recommend her as a parent coach and mentor to all of my PDA families who are struggling. With Keema, families will be in skilled, safe hands.

Let's do this.
This workshop is designed for parents who are already familiar with the basics of low demand but need support in the nitty-gritty details of dropping demands with their child. It’s less about the science and more about identifying what demands to drop, and how to do that. Whether it's getting dressed, screen time, or mealtime battles, we’ll help you walk through two specific demands that you’re struggling with and show you how to navigate it successfully.
Throughout the workshop, we provide worksheets, practical tools, and real-world examples, guiding you to see where things are getting stuck and how to adjust your approach.
