DAY 1 (REPRISE!!)
TODAY'S THEME:

Acceptance creates fertile soil so that dropping demands to lead to trust and connection. The first step to low demand is our own inner work, cultivating a posture of acceptance and shedding our own shame.
Today we will consider: What is low demand all about? How do we show up and get our needs met in this challenging parenting journey? What about when we're burned out or navigating challenging family dynamics or cultural expectations?
Today's experts will give you fresh insight and understanding for own fears and struggles, including the mental and emotional stability needed to show up for our kids with genuine acceptance, instead of power struggles, rewards/consequences, or walking on eggshells.
